We’ve had a superb weekend at detox 🩵

Over 80 of you braved the early morning high tide 🧊🥶

It’s certainly getting colder out there but we’re here for it 🙌 bring on the icy mornings and fresh winter air. Well warm you straight back up again 🔥

We’re now back open next Saturday & Sunday, we can’t wait to welcome you all again 🌊

The Bay was buzzing this weekend ☀️

We had 55 people in on Sunday - sweating, dipping, chatting and loving every second 🌊🔥

We are blown away every week by the support you show us, thank you so much 🙌

First time wearing our new coats too and we love them!

What a lovely weekend we had at detox this weekend 🌊

It was a really early high tide this weekend so setting up in the pitch black for the first time was an experience! It was so good to see so many people getting up early to enjoy their sea dip & sauna 🌊🧖🏼

We’re back open this weekend 10am - 2pm, we can’t wait to welcome everyone 🙌

Saturday we were at the bay in absolutely wild conditions, well done to everyone who braved the sea, including the girls from that we collab’d with in the morning 🌊🥶

Sunday we had our amazing collab with & with our brand new ice bath from 🧊 We can’t wait for more events like this one!

We know how busy the lead up to the busiest time of the year can get so we wanted to put our opening hours out now so you can plan in your sessions 🗓️

The water & weather is getting colder, but the sauna is only getting hotter. We are so excited for the next few months and we hope you are too! 🌊🥶♨️🔥

All sessions available to book online now!

Please note we have lost a weekend at the end of November (29/30) and in the middle of December (13/14) due to the way the daylight hours & tide times have aligned.
