The 3-Step Grounding Breath

1️⃣ Hand on your belly.

2️⃣ Inhale 4 counts (nose), fill your belly with oxygen.

3️⃣ Exhale 6 counts (mouth). Don't force just breathe out.

Repeat for 1 min. Feel the calm come back to you. 💆‍♀️
