Flowers are lovely… but great skin lasts longer. ✨
The perfect Mother’s Day treat? Investing in your skin health.

All jokes aside… aesthetic treatments shouldn’t be painful and they shouldn’t be rushed.

At my clinic we use numbing cream, take our time, and treat every patient gently and safely.

But good treatments also aren’t the cheapest — and that’s usually for a reason.

If someone is offering very cheap filler or injectable treatments, it’s worth asking why.

High-quality products, proper training, insurance, sterile equipment, and time spent with each patient all come at a cost.

Your face deserves more than a bargain deal. 🤍

Safety, skill and experience will always matter more than price.

And the Oscar goes to…

February 💕

• I had some tweakments myself
• I ran 2k every day for baby loss charity Sands
• New scrubs had to be mentioned as I love the colour
• Started seeing some amazing skincare results after having my scanner for 3 months
• Had a lovely long weekend away striving for the perfect work life balance
• Completed my final 2k in the woods with a good friend

“I could buy cheaper products…” is true — but in clinic, “cheap” often comes with hidden costs. I choose suppliers and products based on consistency, traceability (batch/expiry), reliable support, and a track record I’m confident in. That isn’t about being fancy — it’s about doing things properly and protecting patient experience.

“Someone today:
‘I watch all your stuff online.’

Me, aggressively tapping my coffee like I don’t rehearse stories 14 times before posting ☕️

Imposter syndrome is wild.
Because suddenly you realise…
Oh.
People are actually watching.

Because logically I know I’m qualified.
Emotionally? I still feel like I snuck in.”

Worried about discomfort? You’re not alone — and you don’t have to “tough it out”.

We’re big on comfort-first treatments. That means topical numbing cream where appropriate, slow and steady technique, gentle hands, and a calm, reassuring environment so you can actually relax. We’ll talk you through each step, check in regularly, and you’re always in control — we can pause, take breaks, or stop at any point.

Your experience matters just as much as your results. If you’re anxious about pain, tell us at your consultation and we’ll tailor the appointment to you.

Your skin barrier is your skin’s “protective coat” — and when it’s impaired, everything feels worse: sensitivity, redness, dehydration, breakouts and that tight, reactive feeling.

This image is from a skin scan showing barrier sensitivity. It’s something I see a lot in clinic, often caused (or worsened) by:

UV exposure
Over-exfoliation / too many active ingredients
Harsh cleansers or fragranced products
Weather changes and indoor heating
Stress, poor sleep, and lifestyle factors
The good news: barrier repair is absolutely possible with the right plan.

In my consultations we take a full skin history, scan your skin, and build a tailored routine and treatment plan that supports long-term skin health — not just quick fixes.

These results are from one person over 3 months of consistent, personalised barrier-focused care (your results may vary).

If your skin feels “sensitive for no reason”, stings with products, or is always red/dry/oily at the same time — it may be your barrier asking for help.

Three months. One personalised plan. Consistency pays off. Imagine what we can achieve after 6 months!

This is what can happen when you commit to a proper skincare routine and actually stick to it:

Healthier-looking, more hydrated skin
Improved tone + texture
Reduced appearance of pigmentation and unevenness
Skin looks firmer (improved appearance of laxity)
Stronger, calmer-looking skin barrier
No “magic product”. No quick fix. Just the right plan for your skin, used consistently.

Make-up and SPF can seriously skew skin scanner results.

Left image: wearing make-up/SPF — the scanner light can’t read the skin properly, so pigmentation/UV mapping looks inaccurate.
Right image: clean skin — a truer reflection of what’s really going on underneath.

For the most accurate scan, please arrive with: • no make-up
• no SPF
• no heavy moisturiser/oil

I think it’s only fair since so many of you asked after my stories the other day to share some information on the treatment I am having on my under eyes at the minute…

✨ What is Jalupro® Young Eye?
👁️ Tired eyes? Dark circles? Fine lines creeping in?

Let’s talk about Jalupro® Young Eye — a next-generation injectable treatment designed specifically for the delicate under-eye area.

It’s not a filler.
It’s not a toxin.
It’s something different — and exactly what tired eyes have been waiting for.

💧 What does it do?
Jalupro® Young Eye is a skin booster that:
✔️ Improves dark circles
✔️ Boosts hydration
✔️ Reduces fine lines
✔️ Strengthens thin under-eye skin
✔️ Brightens and refreshes

🔬 What’s inside?
A powerful blend of:

Hyaluronic acid (for deep hydration)
Amino acids (to support collagen and elastin)
Peptides (to reduce pigmentation and puffiness)
It works by stimulating your skin’s own repair process, improving texture, tone, and resilience from the inside out.

💉 How is it done?
• Tiny micro-injections under the eye
• Feels like light pinches (numbing cream available)
• No filler — just skin-strengthening ingredients
• Suitable for men and women, all skin types

📅 Treatment Plan
• Usually 2–3 sessions, spaced 2–4 weeks apart
• Results build gradually and can last several months
• Maintenance every 4–6 months if desired

📸 Results may vary. This is a medical treatment and not suitable for everyone — full consultation required.

✨ Is Vitamin C in your skincare routine yet?
If not — it might be the missing step between you and your glow goals! 🧡

Here are 5 reasons I recommend Vitamin C to so many of my patients:

1️⃣ Brightens dull skin
2️⃣ Fights free radical damage
3️⃣ Boosts collagen production
4️⃣ Helps fade pigmentation
5️⃣ Enhances your SPF routine

It’s one of the most effective ingredients for supporting skin health — but not all formulas are created equal.

✅ I always recommend medical-grade, stabilised Vitamin C (10–20%)
✅ Best used in your morning routine, under SPF
✅ Great for most skin types — but let’s check what’s right for yours
