✨A consistent ritual is what keeps your results lasting beyond the clinic. Cleanse to reset, treat to correct, hydrate to support and protect to preserve. It’s not about doing more, it’s about doing it properly and consistently.

We use Obagi in clinic for a reason. Clinically backed formulas that work beneath the surface, not just on it.

You can shop your personalised routine in clinic at Aesthetically So 🤍

Three things your dry skin wishes it could tell you ✨

1. Stop just moisturising me… truly hydrate me
Hydration isn’t just what you apply—it’s how you support your skin from within.
Think optimal water intake, balanced nutrition, and intelligent skincare with active ingredients that strengthen your skin barrier and help retain moisture.
Professional-grade products, such as Obagi Medical, can enhance this—but true skin health is always an inside-out approach.

2. I need more than surface-level care
For lasting hydration and skin quality, we need to go deeper.
Skin boosters and regenerative treatments, such as polynucleotides, work within the skin to restore hydration, improve texture, and stimulate true skin rejuvenation—creating that refined, natural radiance.

3. Protect me—every single day
Up to 80% of visible skin ageing is driven by UV exposure, regardless of the season.
Daily SPF is not just protection—it preserves collagen, prevents pigmentation, and maintains the integrity and luminosity of your skin over time.

Not every before & after ends up on my page… and here’s why 👇

She didn’t tell her husband. Because not everyone wants to explain their choices—or feels ready to.

She told them it was just olive oil. A little white lie to keep things simple, avoid questions, and keep it her business.

She wasn’t comfortable having her face on social media. And that’s completely valid—once it’s online, it’s no longer private.

She just said no — and that’s enough. No pressure, no persuasion, no “just this once.” Consent always comes first.

Behind every treatment is a real person with their own reasons, boundaries, and story. Not everyone wants to be “content”—and they shouldn’t have to be.

I’ll always respect that, because your privacy will always matter more than a post 🤍

✨ Jalupro Young Eye – Brighten, Smooth & Refresh ✨

Tired-looking eyes? Fine lines creeping in? Let’s talk about one of my favourite treatments for delicate under-eye rejuvenation… Jalupro Young Eye 👁️

💧 What is it?
Jalupro Young Eye is a skin booster specifically designed for the under-eye area. It combines amino acids and hyaluronic acid to deeply hydrate, improve skin quality, and stimulate collagen production – helping your skin repair and renew from within.

🌟 What does it do?
• Softens fine lines and crepey skin
• Improves dark circles caused by thin, tired skin
• Boosts hydration and skin elasticity
• Brightens and refreshes the eye area
• Gives a natural, well-rested appearance

👩‍⚕️ Who is it suitable for?
This treatment is ideal if you:
✔️ Have fine lines or early signs of ageing under the eyes
✔️ Notice dull, thin or dehydrated skin
✔️ Want a natural alternative to tear trough filler
✔️ Are looking for subtle, progressive results

📅 Treatment protocol
For best results, I recommend:
➡️ A course of 3–4 treatments
➡️ Spaced 3-4 weeks apart
➡️ Maintenance every 6 months depending on your skin

⏱️ Minimal downtime, maximum glow ✨

💬 If your eyes are making you look more tired than you feel, this could be the perfect treatment for you.

Most of my patients tell me they wear SPF…
But it’s usually in their moisturiser or foundation 👀

The problem? You’re not applying enough to get the protection on the label.

✔️ SPF is tested at 2 finger lengths for the face
✔️ Or 3 finger lengths if you include your neck

That’s WAY more than you’d ever apply with makeup or moisturiser.

So while it’s better than nothing… it’s not enough to properly protect your skin.

💡 Think of SPF in makeup as a bonus – not your main protection.

Your skin (and future self) will thank you for using a dedicated SPF daily.

When it comes to aesthetic treatments, skin health matters more than you might think.

Treatments like anti-wrinkle injections, dermal fillers and skin boosters can enhance your natural features — but the quality of the skin itself plays a huge role in the final result.

Healthy, well-cared-for skin can help treatments look smoother, more natural and often last longer. If the skin barrier is compromised, dehydrated or inflamed, the outcome may not be as optimal as it could be.

That’s why good skincare and skin health should always be part of the plan.

Aesthetic treatments shouldn’t replace skincare — they should work alongside it to support healthy, resilient skin over time.

Sometimes the best results come from focusing on improving the skin first, before moving on to injectable treatments.

Because great aesthetic results don’t just come from treatments…
they start with healthy skin.

✨ If you’re not sure where to start, a consultation can help create a personalised plan tailored to your skin.

Flowers are lovely… but great skin lasts longer. ✨
The perfect Mother’s Day treat? Investing in your skin health.

All jokes aside… aesthetic treatments shouldn’t be painful and they shouldn’t be rushed.

At my clinic we use numbing cream, take our time, and treat every patient gently and safely.

But good treatments also aren’t the cheapest — and that’s usually for a reason.

If someone is offering very cheap filler or injectable treatments, it’s worth asking why.

High-quality products, proper training, insurance, sterile equipment, and time spent with each patient all come at a cost.

Your face deserves more than a bargain deal. 🤍

Safety, skill and experience will always matter more than price.

And the Oscar goes to…
