Over the festive period, there are several bank holidays. Our practice will be closed on these days. See below for the dates:

🔵 Thursday 1 January

If you need to access care on these days, there are several options:
🔵 Choose your local pharmacy for minor health concerns, such as earache, itchy eyes and sore throats. Some pharmacies are also able to prescribe prescriptions through Pharmacy First. Click the link to find a pharmacy open near you 👉 https://orlo.uk/QPt9H
🔵 Choose 111 for urgent health concerns or when you're unsure what to do. You can call 111 or visit 111.nhs.uk.
🔵 Choose 999 for medical or mental health emergencies. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk

😷 If you need to visit our practice and have a respiratory condition, please wear a mask.

Wearing a mask helps to reduce the spread of illnesses and helps keep everyone in our practice safe.

Our reception team has free masks available if you need one.

This drop in session is today, Monday 8th December. Pop along to the village hall any time between 1630 and 1830 to hear more about our surgery refurbishment .

In case you missed it, we're holding a drop-in session at Felton Village Hall tomorrow (08/12) for patients to find out more about the refurbishment work being done at NPC Felton.

The drop-in session is between 4.30pm and 6.30pm. There's no need to book ahead, just pop in and we'll be there to have a chat!

Members of the surgery and refurbishment teams will be present to answer all questions you might have.

🆕 Update on the NPC Felton surgery refurbishment

We are pleased to share an update on the refurbishment of NPC Felton, including updated floor plans and a timeline, now available on our website. Click the link in the comments to read more.

Residents are invited to a drop-in session to find out more and ask questions:

All are welcome to attend and learn more about the improvements planned for the surgery. This is a drop-in sessions so please just show up; there is no need to book ahead.

Winter flu vaccinations: If you’ve received a text message from us to book your flu vaccine, it’s important to do it as soon as you can

2-3-year-olds are eligible to receive their flu vaccine as a nasal spray from their GP practice.

Help protect your little ones from becoming seriously unwell this winter by getting them vaccinated against flu.

Parents or guardians will receive a text message with instructions on how to book an appointment at one of our flu clinics.

Thank you for helping us create a safe winter environment for everyone.

Our practice is open for queries until 6.30pm. You can contact us right up until this time. This includes our online consultation tool, SystmConnect.

To help us respond as safely and effectively as possible, we kindly encourage you to get in touch earlier in the day whenever you can.

Contacting us before 5.00pm means that we’re more likely to be able to respond to you that day. The later in the day that you submit a request, the more likely it is that we may not be able to respond to it on that day.

If your request is urgent, please phone us rather than using SystmConnect. We aim to respond to SystmConnect requests within one working day.

We also understand that there may be times when you can’t contact us earlier in the day. For those instances, we will be open until 6.30pm.

A reminder to all patients that our practice is closed from 1.00pm today for training.

If you need to speak to the practice after this time, we have arranged for Vocare cover to be in place. Just call our usual phone number and you will be forwarded to the Vocare team who will help with your request.

We will be open from 8.00am tomorrow as usual.

Our practice is closed from 1.00pm on Wednesday (17/09) for training.

If you need to speak to the practice after this time, we have arranged for Vocare cover to be in place. Just call our usual phone number and you will be forwarded to the Vocare team who will help with your request.
We will be open from 8.00am on Thursday as usual.

Training sessions like this help us improve the quality of care we deliver to patients.
