If you need to access care on these days, there are several options:

Winter flu vaccinations: If youโ€™ve received a text message from us to book your flu vaccine, itโ€™s important to do it as soon as you can

26/10/2025

2-3-year-olds are eligible to receive their flu vaccine as a nasal spray from their GP practice.

Help protect your little ones from becoming seriously unwell this winter by getting them vaccinated against flu.

Parents or guardians will receive a text message with instructions on how to book an appointment at one of our flu clinics.

Thank you for helping us create a safe winter environment for everyone.

Our practice is open for queries until 6.30pm. You can contact us right up until this time. This includes our online consultation tool, SystmConnect.

To help us respond as safely and effectively as possible, we kindly encourage you to get in touch earlier in the day whenever you can.

Contacting us before 5.00pm means that weโ€™re more likely to be able to respond to you that day. The later in the day that you submit a request, the more likely it is that we may not be able to respond to it on that day.

If your request is urgent, please phone us rather than using SystmConnect. We aim to respond to SystmConnect requests within one working day.

We also understand that there may be times when you canโ€™t contact us earlier in the day. For those instances, we will be open until 6.30pm.
