Our story

Hi, I’m Slimming Sue and I now run online Slimming World groups. Before I became a Consultant with Slimming World, I was a member for nine months. During this time, I was able to lose over four stones and five dress sizes. I understand and can empathise with the highs and lows of your weight loss journey as I have been there myself. By using Food Optimising I’ve been able to eat and enjoy amazing food and maintained my weight loss for over 11 years. Food Optimising works and it will work for you too. Our group and the whole of Slimming World will be there for you every step of the way.

My Slimming World groups are now available online to anyone, anywhere. As my groups are all now online you no longer need to live in or near Morpeth to join my fantastic fun groups that get results. Online group times are Monday morning at 10am, Monday evening at 6pm and Saturday morning at 10am with more groups to follow. Give me a call, text or message for details.

Eventually, when life gets back to normal my Morpeth groups are morning groups and meet on Mondays morning at 9:30 and 11:30, Monday evening at 5pm and 7pm and on Saturdays mornings at 8:30am, including bank holidays, in the Masonic Hall, on Dacre Street, Morpeth. Free refreshments are always available and there is plenty of free car parking close by.
