Few things to consider while doing absolutely any exercise-
1๏ธโฃMobility
2๏ธโฃFlexibility
3๏ธโฃStability
4๏ธโฃActivation
Aswell as making sure you have good form, these 4 pointers are also very important to consider & people tend to neglect these. Especially flexibility, in reality who has time to stretch before every session? I wonโt lie I donโt but itโs not something you can fully neglect because overtime it may cause issues in the future.

So, abit of advice for all those going back to the gym on Monday, take your time, perfect your form & donโt go full steam ahead with the weights, your body will not be able to cope with the weight you could lift beforehand, trust me you donโt want to come out with any tears or strains a couple of days later ๐

Ask yourself these questions๐ฝ
1๏ธโฃCan I execute the exercise effectively?
2๏ธโฃDoes my knee wobbly? If so, is it lacking stability?
3๏ธโฃMy ankle is feeling a little stiff in the downward phase? It is lacking mobility?
