We offer a range of Psychological Therapies or what some people refer to as ‘Talking Therapies’. At first contact a therapist will talk about your challenges and difficulties and work out with you what approach might best suit you. There will be certain problems that could respond well to one or two types of therapy; the clinician will work out with you which therapy option will be most appropriate. All of our clinical staff are trained to the highest level in the therapies they deliver. Our therapy is flexible and can be delivered over the telephone, via video, face to face, one to one and in groups.
