Over the years, I’ve had the honour of working with beautiful groups on their holistic retreats 🤍

Creating magical treatment shalas where guests can truly rest, soften, and integrate their journey is always such a highlight for me.

Soft candlelight, grounding aromas, warm blankets, gentle music… a space where the nervous system can finally exhale. Each shala is lovingly created from my heart — a sanctuary for deep healing, reconnection, and coming home to self. 🙏🏼

As I continue to deepen my own path and attune to nature’s wheel of the year, I consciously weave in the energies of the season — working with the rhythm of the earth so our sessions are supported by the magic that surrounds us.

One of my favourite retreat shalas was set up outdoors in Snowdonia — held by mountains, wind, and open sky. There, I felt real magic… the air, the earth, and the Elementals were weaving their own medicine into the work. Deeply connected to the elements. Deeply alive.

And yet, I often think back to my very first retreat shala — a small wooden camping pod, simply and lovingly prepared. No mountains stretching wide around me, no sweeping views… just intention, my heart, and a deep desire to hold safe space. That’s where it began. And the magic was there too.

So often, the deepest shifts don’t just happen in workshops or yoga classes — they happen in the quiet 1:1 moments. When the body softens. When emotions release. When breakthroughs fully land.

Supporting guests to regulate their nervous systems, embody their insights, and feel safe enough to surrender is where the real magic unfolds.

Holding these spaces feels like sacred service, and I never take that responsibility lightly. I always leave retreats buzzing — my cup overflowing.

Recently, the idea of “competition” was brought to me again… and it simply doesn’t resonate with how I experience this work.

I don’t live in a world where other practitioners are my competition.
That isn’t the lens I see through.

And it’s not the kind of new world we need to create.
We are community - not opposition.

Even if we’ve completed the same training,
what we offer will never be the same.

We hold differently.
We create differently.
We resonate differently.

And I trust that my frequency attracts the people I am here to support.

Not everyone — and that’s the point.

People need different frequencies at different stages of their lives.

Different spaces.
Different environments.
Different practitioners.

And when it comes to the exchange of money…
There are many factors that shape pricing.

Some practitioners may not rely on this work as their main income.
Some may prefer larger groups.
Some may have lower overheads.

For me, this work is intentional.

Before I hold a 60-minute sound journey,
there are hours of preparation.
Clearing my energy.
Yoga.
Breathwork.
Meditation.

I don’t rush from a full day at LIFE into holding space.
I prepare myself to be clear — so what flows through me is clean, supportive, and carries the potential for a deeply healing experience for my guests.

So a 60-minute session is never just 60 minutes.

It’s care.
It’s devotion.
It’s training.
It’s experience.
It’s not about better or worse.

It’s about alignment.
And I trust the people who feel that… always find me. 🙏🏼

Most days I feel more than a little blessed to be able to connect with you and support you as we journey onwards together. I absolutely love holding space for you; it’s work that fills my cup, and my heart right up to the top.

And then there are moments when I find myself needing to pause and pinch myself, as this work is set against the most breathtaking backdrops. 🌳 (You know me and trees! 😍)

This afternoon, those backdrops offered their own quiet reminder — hundreds of snowdrops pushing through the earth, the first hopeful signs that winter is beginning to loosen its grip and that spring is softly on its way.

I'm really looking forward to sharing more sound healing in the great outdoors with you this year! 💚

The rain continues to be here for now, cleansing the year of the snake 🐍, cleansing the earth, cleansing us, and inviting us to pause.

When it eases — as it always does — we’ll be gathering outdoors again, reconnecting with the land. 🌳✨️😍

Releasing into ancient soils, surrounded by woodland spaces, and accompanied by birdsong and the occasional animal visitor, sound journeys outdoors carry a special energy — offering deeper healing and a more expansive experience.
