We gathered last year to celebrate this scared time of year, the Winter Solstice (21st December) and the return of the light. It feels so right to open up and hold space for you once again, to embrace the darkness while warm and cosy beside the big, crackling fire at Brinkburn.

Pause, reflect and connect with LIFE.

We'll enjoy rooting down into the earth with breathwork and gentle movement, clear old energies with Shamanic Drumming, sit with our intentions and visions for 2025, and of course bathe in sonic transmissions from the cosmos while emersed in waves of sound in a beautifully relaxing and restoring sound journey.

As we approcach the final two months of 2025, it really feels like the biggest year ever for absolutely massive shifts... the biggest endings and new beginnings for many of us. 🙏🏼🌍

Over the past week or two (even just over the last three days), I've listened to so many of my clients and friends sharing their deep loss, or shock, sadness and heartache, pain... real hard struggles, obstacles or challenges that life seems to be knocking into them like waves one after another.

Not just one challenge. But multiple. Feeling like there's no chance to get back up onto their feet before the next wave hits them. And the waves a BIG.

For everyone out there enduring storms at the moment, I'm sending you a blanket and cacoon of love. 💜

I just want to let you know that you are not alone, that you are loved, "this too shall pass"... and until then, give yourself compassion, breath, and be gentle with yourself.

Yesterday marked the start of a new project for LIFE when I had the pleasure of working with 🙌🏼

We both brought along some crystal healing to support our time together exploring our sounds and energies in hope of sharing something deeply relaxing, restoring and entertaining.

Nick is a classically trained musician who lived and studied with his Guru Ravi Shankar for more than 10 years. Travelling and performing on many of the great world stages, he also worked with his Guru’s daughter Anoushka Shankar.

Listening to Nick play instruments like the sitar transports me back to my brief but profound visit to India in 2018 when my life really realigned.

Layered with soothing and hypnotic drone-like sounds from the crystal bowls, ocean drum and gong, we are looking forward to sharing a live event with you soon.
