☀️ Vitamin D injections can be administered every 6 months, if you have a vitamin D deficiency this can be increased to very 3/4 months

☀️If you are taking vitamin D supplements ((shop bought/over the counter) you need to stop taking these 2 weeks prior to having an injection

☀️If you are taking vitamin D Tablets (from a doctor) you need to stop taking these 4 weeks prior to having an injection

☀️ if you’ve had an injection you should stop taking any multivitamin or supplements that contain vitamin D

😈 when you have 20 mins spears between clients and you give yourself a very quick, intense microdermabrasion treatment… this is to show that suction marks happen, it’s very normal and I was desperate for a microdermabrasion treatment

Primary Reasons for Suction Marks:

Excessive Suction or Pressure: The most common cause is when the practitioner applies too much pressure or the machine's suction setting is too high for a particular area of skin.

Delicate Skin: Areas with thinner, more fragile skin, such as around the eyes or on the neck, are more susceptible to bruising.
Improper Technique: The marks can also happen if the skin is not held taut enough or if the handpiece is not moved across the skin fast enough.

Individual Sensitivity: People with very sensitive skin, those with rosacea, or those who bruise easily due to age (older than 70) are at a slightly elevated risk.

Medications/Supplements: Certain medications and supplements, including blood thinners like aspirin, ibuprofen (NSAIDs), Vitamin E, and fish oil, can increase the risk of bruising.

Suction marks are usually temporary and fade within a few day… then my skin will be renewed, bright and glowing for the weekend
