This week is World Antimicrobial Resistance Awareness Week

AMR is one of the biggest threats to our future health. It means infections become harder to treat and common illnesses could last longer or become more serious 😷

The good news? We can all help slow down AMR:
✅ Only use antibiotics when prescribed by a healthcare professional
🚫 Don’t share leftover antibiotics or use them “just in case”
💧 Wash your hands regularly and keep vaccinations up to date
🏠 Ask your pharmacist for advice on how to care for common illnesses safely at home
