✨Migraine or Cervicogenic Headache ? ✨
Did you know not all headaches are equal ?
Migraines can often come with nausea , light sensitivity and throbbing pain.
Cervicogenic headache are developed due neck tension and poor posture .

Piriformis syndrome can be a pain in the butt...quite literally.

Ever have a deep, nagging ache in your glute that sometimes shoots down your leg? You might be dealing with Piriformis Syndrome.

Basically, your piriformis muscle (a small one deep in your glutes) gets tight or spasms and irritates your sciatic nerve. Hence the fancy name for a not-so-fancy pain.

So, how do we fix it? You don't just have to "live with it."
