Having no help with low mood and no motivation can make everything feel impossible — We get that.

Routes to Work offers free community support for anyone currently out of work in North Lanarkshire who needs it. Even if you're feeling stuck and not quite ready to start looking — our doors are open for you.

You can find and drop in to see us at the our offices:
👉 Airdrie Business Centre Unit 15, 18 and 19, 1 Chapel Lane (Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm)
👉 52 Main Street, Coatbridge (Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm)
👉 35 Shieldmuir Street, Wishaw (Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm)
