From my very first appointment to now… what a year it’s been. So many ears treated, so many “I can finally hear again!” moments, and so many lovely clients through the door.

And to top it off… winning a Prestige Award in my first year of business 🥹🤍 something I’m so proud of.

I’m so grateful for every single person who’s trusted me this past year.

Year one done… and we’re only just getting started 🥂

But beyond the numbers, this year has been about confidence restored, conversations re-connected, families hearing each other properly again, and people realising they don’t have to “just put up with it”.

Sorry for ignoring you. For blasting 80s & 90s anthems far too loud, for all those DIY cotton bud attempts (you warned me), and for pretending you were fine when you were shouting for a bit of help.

Thanks for the little things — birdsong, the clink of coffee mugs, conversations with people I love.
