A busy schedule can either be used as an excuse or used as another tool.
just used it as another tool to help planning and routine while she got back into training 😆🫱🏻🫲🏽
After things started to slip a wee bit with the gym it was a case of fixing routine, planning the gym and nutrition into her week & executing the plan.
Now being at work, placement and Uni that is A LOT to juggle but if you have stuff laid out for you and YOU actually want a result then you will make the time to get it.
That’s exactly what Carena done, even on the hard weeks when things were even more intense, she made time and ticked off as much as she could. Even when the gym wasn’t possible, her nutrition still was!
When she had an off plan meal for birthday or anything else, she just got straight back on plan, no excuses, just routine and hard work 🫡🫱🏻🫲🏽
This is just the beginning for getting back to it, the level up for this one is going to continue being insaaaaane!
