Why do I love doing what I do ?

Honestly, after going through my own fitness journey and actually finding my confidence again there’s no other feeling that can compare.

Helping people really feel happier than ever and absolutely buzzing about how they feel & look is the most fulfilling thing in the world.

I never knew growing up what I wanted to do and it took huge changes in my own life to figure it out but when you know you’ve found a passion it’s overwhelming.

That’s been the big picture transformation for me, finding what I love. I’ll never be happier than doing what I do daily and helping people.

Grateful for getting to do something I love everyday 😍🫱🏻‍🫲🏽

A busy schedule can either be used as an excuse or used as another tool.

just used it as another tool to help planning and routine while she got back into training 😆🫱🏻‍🫲🏽

After things started to slip a wee bit with the gym it was a case of fixing routine, planning the gym and nutrition into her week & executing the plan.

Now being at work, placement and Uni that is A LOT to juggle but if you have stuff laid out for you and YOU actually want a result then you will make the time to get it.

That’s exactly what Carena done, even on the hard weeks when things were even more intense, she made time and ticked off as much as she could. Even when the gym wasn’t possible, her nutrition still was!

When she had an off plan meal for birthday or anything else, she just got straight back on plan, no excuses, just routine and hard work 🫡🫱🏻‍🫲🏽

This is just the beginning for getting back to it, the level up for this one is going to continue being insaaaaane!

6.2kg down so far 😆🚀

Phase 1 complete ✅

6.1kg down, tighter & way more tonned 🤩🤩

Phase two has commenced, reverse diet now into a very slight surplus to add a touch more tissue, 12 weeks then we will enter into another fat loss phase to tighten up again for wedding & honey moon 😆🫱🏻‍🫲🏽

This one’s going to be exciting, no last minute scrambling around, plenty time left for us to make sure we get exactly the look we want. BUZZING 🙌🏻😁

Do you struggle getting yourself prepped for a big event ?

It’s normal, then there’s a lot of running around last minute freaking out, take the stress out of it. Trust me if your ready early you’ll have a lot more head space for the more important things later 🫱🏻‍🫲🏽

When the holiday prep hits right 🇹🇭

It’s always hard when you’ve been trying to lose weight for ages and it’s just not going to plan, you almost think is there any hope left ?

I get it, I have worked with so many people now to get them ready for big events & some just to get in unbelievable shape for them.

But we all know when that big event like a holiday or a wedding is creeping in, it starts to dawn on us how we are going to look.

It happens for almost all of us & I have certainly been there many times.

Mick had tried and wasn’t getting much success in getting the fat off, when he reached out he’d tried and tested a few things but it just wasn’t hitting the mark.

So we got him set up at a base line around maintenance and started chipping from there. Just as I do with all of my clients.

As we moved on we did take calories away & we did up expenditure but we hit the nail on the fu***ng head and we got him looking unreal for his holiday.

What was the best thing he done ?

Reach out months and months before, these things don’t happen over night, if you have something big coming up don’t panic and start trying 4/6 weeks before.
Get to work early and make sure you’re going away looking unreal!

That’s how our conversation went when I first spoke to Jordan, she won an 8 week give away I done in 2023 and we started working together.

She told me all about her training history & how being a busy mum that was working not just in her job but on other projects aswell & it seemed to take away any time for her self.

However, when you look at it properly and see where your time is being put to good use.
You’ll see where you can fit things in if you’re efficient.

By making meal prep easy, swapping out the tasks that don’t serve you for ones that push you forward..

the impossible really isn’t as impossible as you think it is..

For Jordan she had been into training way before we met but she had just fallen out of routine with it..

She seen my post and seen the opportunity for some guidance and accountability and that was all it took for her fitness to get taken to the next level!

Even though we aren’t working together right now, I am still seeing her smash it on her stories & posts constantly.

That first step to get back into it got her back into routine and with momentum to take it to new levels & I absolutely love to see it 😍💪

Weight loss can be made real simple, if you knew you could stop spinning your wheels in the mud now trying to shift that last bit of fat that you “can never get rid of” would you do it?

It’s almost always a simple fix, it’s obvious your doing something wrong. Usually not tracking your calories properly or slowing down when you infact need to put a little more effort in.. some added cardio or maybe steps 🏃🏻‍♂️

It’s only a few weeks left til summer now, will you go away feeling unreal and full of confidence or are you going to do another holiday hiding your body away at all costs 🤷🏻‍♂️

Another week boxed off ✅📈

A couple weeks into the reverse phase now and it’s finally feeling easier, I am eating “a lot” of food or what most people would say is a lot but the hunger has been easier to control this week, still absolutely starving all day but I’m filling out nicely and I just want this phase now to go as smoothly and as productive as possible so keeping things tight on the way up 🤝🏻

Time to weekend now, can’t wait for some unreal scenes tomorrow 🧗🏻‍♂️🌴🎋

If you’re not continuously trying my best to up your game, what are you doing?

We do all have different life’s, different commitments but if your not always trying to do what’s absolutely best for you then your not only doing yourself an injustice but the people you care the most about!

If we are at our best we will always be running optimally, meaning we can put more into everything that means something to us, including the people who mean the most!

Put more in, get more out 🤷🏻‍♂️📈

Phase 1 complete, it’s time to grow some muscle! 🏋🏻‍♀️🚀

Dieting can be easy enough, and it can be quick in a lot of cases but it’s not the most important part of your transformation, not even close if you want the results to last.

Yea we have dropped 9 kg but our calories are down at 1300 which is not a good place to hang around too long, so we have reached a weight we feel good & comfortable at with the look. Now it’s time to reverse and add some muscle tissue and take comfortable to absolutely ripping with confidence 🔥

Programme will be set up accordingly to target the areas we want to focus on and getting enough volume in there while we bring the calories back up to a more reasonable place to be 🤝🏻

Phase 2 reverse begins now 😆📈
