I get so excited when I see a scapula flying free like this!!

This is the goal to release trigger points, reduce pain, increase mobility, and free the inner child emotions.

Each session is different, and your body will only let me go as far as it wants, and I have to honour that.

You can get relief from one session. However, 3-4 is recommended on one area.

Reiki is a soft yet powerful exchange of energy. During a session, people see and feel many things. One of the main observations is colour, from purple, yellow red. You can find a sense of peace and lightness after a session.

Reiki can be a hand on or off therapy. I prefer a mix of both, but each client and session is different. The main thing is that with each session, you open your heart, mind to the possibilities.

I was asked last why was I still a Tropic Ambassador?

The answer is Yes and this is WHY ...

My skin has never been as good! Confession .. sometimes I get a bit lack in my routine but never stray from the Tropic brand.

My skin was so sore that water even hurt! At the beginning I couldn't even use the unscented range so began 3 products.

I cleansed with Elixir morning and night, supergreens in morning and tamanu balm at night.

Now can I use most of the products however stick to unscented to be sure as I never want my skin to feel that away again,

This is why i continue to use Tropic for 7 years and use it will you all in my Signature facials

A warm welcome to my page and a heart felt thank you for joining me on my journey. I believe we have much to learn and hope we can learn together but I do wish to share the knowledge I have gained.

I am a mother of 2 beautiful boys who challenge me daily they teach me in so many ways and I am truly in awe of them. My husband is so loving and supportive, we meet at a young age of 14 he has been my sound board and stability ever since.

My background is for the past 20 plus years has been hairdressing and beauty therapy. 10 yrs ago when i went for my 1st reflexology treatment at that time I was very anxious, not sleeping I was uneasy. My wise granny suggest reflexology un-beknown to me her and gran-dad were receiving monthly treatments. Well i just fell in love and my holistic journey began here...

My path was then filled with learning and came in the form of Swedish massage, Reflexology, Indian head massage, Hopi ear candling, Thai foot massage to name a few... I was lucky my own business for 7 years however I decided, honestly the universe decided for me as I wasn’t listening to signs they were sending me. I was so far into the fog I couldn’t see a path out for the much needed self care I was so desperate for! but keep putting off there was always something else that had to come 1st.. I needed to take a step back and start doing what i was preaching to my clients SELF CARE !......
