So another lockdown upon us & I want to reassure all my pregnant ladies that even though classes will be moving online as of Thursday 5th November, I will very much be here to support each and every one of you. Pregnancy is a blessing - a beautiful & special, but also a worrying time. Especially in this current climate we are now facing more uncertainty, when we need support most. I know many of my ladies will feel vulnerable & anxious please remember I'm here for you as your teacher & I completely get it -being 25 weeks pregnant myself! 💟
