Please help me to share my earlier post.

Pilmenny’s ideally wanted gifts by Wednesday but I just don’t have enough to fill bags yet

I know that everyone is struggling

If you have any cupboard stuff

That would be cheaper to donate

I probably can’t stretch to tea, coffee and tins

I have some in my cupboard that I’m donating

But would like to be able to give a few items per bag

Can I be honest

I nearly gave up

Life has been exhausting

And I think things just got too expensive

I’m trying again this year

But I am going to let people know

How many I need for

I think just asking for donations is quite impersonal

So firstly

We are buying for Pilmeny Development Project

Then we are sorting for The Ripple Project

I will go via community projects / centres first

We have just been donated £100

Now

Split for PEP allocates £2 each person for 50 people

I like to make packs up

I was thinking this year - even in struggle

We might manage

A shower gel
Choc or biscuits
And a hat or scarf

That’s hardly anything compared to what we have gifted in the past 🫣🙀😭☹️

What can we do…….

My car is off the road just now

So picking up and dropping off would help me so much

I am in Musselburgh

I can get stuff picked up and dropped off in town via friends

Ross at Seconds Out Fight Store is my main drop - he can help with being a drop off

We have two extra drop off points but I would struggle to collect from there

Kaz is at Duke Street

And Ritchie Collins Gallery

I will keep everyone updated

They have been one of our very first recipients

So they are having a mid January New Year party
