Miguel Angel Jiminez is a prime example of the importance that good mobility has in the repeatability of a Professional golfers swing.
We can buy the same clubs, use the same golf balls, wear the same clothes but unless you are working on your mobility we aren’t playing the same game.
Thru working with county level players upto European and LET tour players the difference between them and your average club golfer is that they recognise the correlation between limited or stiff mobility and a poor day on the golf course trying to consistently repeat their swing to match their expectations.
The thing is it doesn’t take a lot to improve your mobility gaining more consistency and even adding distance, not just with one club as promised with your new driver but all your clubs.

Ex rugby player now CrossFit trainer and athlete travelled up from Berwick Upon Tweed today on recommendation from a client in that area.
Low back and disc related pain, seeking a solution after seeing a few different therapists and Physio’s without much success.
We looked at how he moves but also what ease’s and aggravate’s the pain.
With disc related pain it’s about management of the issue, and treating cause and effect.
