Spending time outdoors is important for our eyes, especially for children's eyes as they develop. Research has found that spending time outside could help slow the progression of short-sightedness. So even when it's chilly out, get the kids out in the fresh air! Their future vision will thank you!

Choosing new eyewear should feel exciting, not rushed.
At our practice, we always make time for you to browse properly, try different styles, and find what feels right. If you are not sure on the day, that is completely fine.

Take photos, go away, have a think, ask a friend, then come back when you are ready. We will keep notes of what you liked and help you pick up where you left off.

No pressure, just good advice and plenty of time to choose something you will love wearing every day.

Remember we're open on Saturday mornings too!
