Now the clocks have changed, the evenings start getting darker and it's getting colder outside, it's time to cosy up and make plans for winter. As beautiful as autumn is I think it's easy to feel a bit low as winter approaches. I love the summer and this year autumn has been spectacular in the valley, the photos I have used are all just up the road from where I live and credited to Ollie Morris who took them. I feel very privileged to live somewhere so beautiful. That being said I think we are all concerned about the coming winter and the raised cost of fuel and living. For anyone struggling at this time, for whatever reason, you don't have to struggle alone and there's always things we can do for ourselves to help. As a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist, I work with people to improve their daily level of happiness, improve their mental health and create skills that are going to help support them through the best and worst times of their lives. We all need a bit of help from time to time and Hypnotherapy can be truly life changing. The 3P's are a way of boosting serotonin which supports us to feel happy, content and capable in our daily lives. It's important that we do things every day to support the production of serotonin and other beneficial neurotransmitters. Below are just a few suggestions of how you can support yourself.
