A beloved husband of Kathleen, a much-loved father of Patricia and Martin, a caring father-in-law of Ali, a devoted grandad of Megan, great-grandad of Patrick, a sadly missed brother, brother-in-law, uncle and friend to many. Funeral service at Nairn United Reformed Church on Friday, 8th May at 12.00noon, thereafter to Auldearn Cemetery. All friends respectfully invited. Family flowers only please. Noah and The Maclennan family wish to express their heartfelt thanks to everyone for the kindness and support shown following their recent loss. Our sincere gratitude to Rev. Steven Manders for his compassionate service, which was a beautiful tribute to Joe. Special thanks to David M. Ellen Funeral Directors for their professional and considerate assistance with the arrangements. Thank you also to Lorne Macleod for sharing such fond memories. We are especially grateful to the Cawdor Tug of War Team, a significant part of Joe’s life, for sharing their stories with Noah. Our thanks to Myles for piping at the service and graveside. Our appreciation also goes to Fiona’s Flower Studio Inverness and The Flower Shop Nairn for the exquisite floral tributes. Many thanks to The Star Inn for their hospitality and catering. Special gratitude to Mike Gordon and Joe’s fellow colleagues at Cairn for voicing their concern and support.
