1️⃣ Wash & dry properly
Always dry carefully between the toes — moisture is one of the most common causes of fungal infections.

2️⃣ Trim nails straight across
Avoid cutting down the sides — this can lead to painful ingrown toenails.

3️⃣ Moisturise daily (but not between toes)
Keeping heels soft helps prevent cracks and splits — leave the space between the toes dry.
