Hi Lovelies, welcome to my page! My name is Rae, and I have worked in the fitness industry for over 20 years.

I have now taken my classes online, and host weekly fun fitness, yoga and pilates classes via Zoom, there is something for everyone, all ages + abilities are welcome! Fitness should be accessible to all, and most importantly it should be fun! I hope to deliver fun sessions to help get you moving, but also once you join my classes you become a part of my lovely B You Community. Hi Lovelies

I hope you are all well.

It looks like it is going to be a few weeks before my back is properly recovered. I have been advised that short term, mid-term and long term I need to minimise where possible my physical activity or I might possibly give myself a more serious back injury. This news coupled with existing health issues has made for a difficult and tear-filled weekend as I've had to think long and hard about my next steps.

It is with a heavy heart that I have come to the decision to discontinue teaching classes and focus on our holiday letting business, my family and my own physical and mental fitness.

If I owe you any monies for sessions, please get in touch with your BACS details and I will refund you appropriately.

Thank you to you all for your continued support and more importantly your friendship. I will miss you all and our time together very much.
