A 2-Minute Grounding Ritual for Busy Days

Sometimes the simplest moments bring the most calm. When life feels fast, take two minutes to come back to yourself.

Try this gentle grounding ritual:

🌸 Add a few drops of your favourite grounding blend to your diffuser or tealight burner (our favourite for this is the Nurture blend)
