Aerial Yoga is yoga in a swing/hammock which supports you throughout your whole practice. It can be practiced in a challenging way or in quite a restorative way. It normally makes people smile 😀 and often brings about a pleasant feeling of space in the body. My new Monday class at 1:30-2:30pm at The Yard Wellbeing Studio in Burland is designed for all levels, including beginners. It also serves as a fantastic stretch for sports people.

Yoga class update for the week!

Yoga for All will be on tomorrow (Friday 29th September) but please note a change of time for one week. Tomorrow's class time will be 9:15-10:15am.

I'm very excited as my new Monday Aerial Yoga class starts on Monday 2nd October at 1:30-2:30pm. This class will be held at The Yard Wellbeing Studio in Burland.
