We often talk about being kind to others - but how often do you extend that same care to ourselves?

Being kind to yourself isn't self-indulgent. It's an act of emotional nourishment.

It means listening to what you need, speaking gentle to yourself, and allowing space for rest, mistakes, and growth.

Start small.

πŸ’™ Speak to yourself like you would to someone you love.
πŸ’™ Choose rest without guilt.

Today is a reminder that being true to yourself also means recognising when your struggling and knowing it's ok to reach out for help.

Suicidal thoughts can feel overwhelming, but remember:

🌟 They are feelings - not facts.

🌟 Feelings can change, and support can make that possible.

🌟 You don't have to go through this alone.

🌿 Listen without judgement

🌿 Take them seriously, don't minimise their feelings

🌿 Encourage them to talk & seek professional support

🌿 Stay connected. Even small check-ins can mean so much.

What does masking look like for neurodivergent women?
