This week we had the privilege of attending the open day at Middlewich School, where we spoke to students about the importance of choosing a rewarding career in the community. 💙

We brought along the Choke Vest and Resus Annie to demonstrate vital life-saving skills — and the students were amazing! Watching them get involved and show enthusiasm for care work was truly inspiring. 🙌

🩷A Truly Special Moment at InSafeHands💜

From the moment our doors first opened with Rachel Wright, and continuing when Lipa bought ISH, we had the privilege of caring for a wonderful gentleman for 14 remarkable years. Earlier this year, he sadly passed away, and we miss him dearly.

But before he went, he did something incredibly touching… he made sure that every member of his team had their Christmas present. He planned it all in advance — carefully arranged and thought through — because he wanted us to know how much we meant to him. 🎁✨

It was a powerful reminder of why we do what we do.
This moment, and the bond we shared over the years, is a true testament to our team past and present and the compassionate care they give every single day.

We are honoured to have been part of his life. ❤️

At InSafeHands Training, we don’t just tick boxes, we invest in continuous learning to keep our team confident, skilled, and ready for anything.

This week, our fantastic in-house trainer, Wendy Wood, is refreshing first aid theory and practical with our carers to make sure their knowledge and skills stays sharp and up to date. 💡

Regular training like this is part of what keeps our standards high and our care exceptional. 💙

Because when it comes to safety… we believe staying prepared is key. 👏

About Us

InSafeHands is a nursing care agency that has been established to provide employers and clients with quality care, and nurses and carers with full or part-time employment.

The agency will be effective in matching competent, professional and educated nurses and carers with clients who require nursing or domestic duties within their own home and hospitals and care home employers in need of cover for early, late or night shifts.

The benefits of collaborating with “InSafeHands” are their commitment to working with you to meet your needs. InSafeHands will have three general customers; individual clients requiring any element of personalised care, care home employers and employees in search of jobs.

In addition to having a robust in-house training programme for its staff and efficient referral mechanisms into the services, InSafeHands will offer access to ongoing programmes of education to provide clients with a quality service.
