Our fully qualified therapists provide Counselling, Psychotherapy and Holistic treatments. We are a group of Independent BACP (https://www.bacp.co.uk/) registered counsellors/psychotherapists offering therapeutic support from a purpose built centre at Canaston Bridge, the centre overlooks Canaston Woods, providing a tranquil and peaceful welcome. There is private parking on site and the rooms have been designed to create a relaxed and calming environment.

For many of us, we were taught to hide our emotions or “stay strong” for others. But real strength often lies in allowing ourselves to feel and express what we are going through.
When someone is hurting, they don’t always need solutions, they need understanding, compassion, and the reassurance that they are not alone.
At our counselling and wellbeing centre, we believe that being heard, supported, and accepted without judgement is a powerful step towards healing.

A therapy session is a safe, non-judgemental space where you can express yourself freely and trust the process.

As your Counsellor my role is to hold this space for you; monitoring your emotions, listening to your words, noticing body language, and guiding you to maintain a sense of safety whilst also gently challenging you if necessary.

A combination of exploring current events in your life whilst also looking into your childhood can unlock insights into your ways of thinking and feeling, and ultimately what makes you uniquely you....your thoughts, feelings, decisions, patterns, beliefs, obstacles, fears etc.

📰 Read beyond the headline – Headlines are often designed to shock.
📅 Check the date – Old stories can resurface and cause unnecessary worry.
🤔 Question emotional reactions – If it makes you feel angry or afraid instantly, take a moment before reacting.
🔁 Don’t share if you’re unsure – It’s okay to stop the spread.

Misinformation fuels anxiety, fear, and division. Protect your mind the same way you protect your body — with care and awareness.
