✨ Before every treatment, we start with a relaxed consultation. We talk through:
• how your body feels
• what you’re hoping to get from the massage
• your pressure preferences
• any worries, injuries, or sensitivities

From there, we choose what’s right for you.

🌿 Swedish Massage
Perfect if you want to fully unwind. Slow, soothing movements with little to no pressure — designed to calm the nervous system and help your body switch off.

💪 Deep Tissue Massage
For those who enjoy firmer pressure. This works into deeper layers of muscle to release built-up tension and improve movement — always adjusted to what you can comfortably handle.

🏃‍♀️ Sports Massage
A more targeted approach, ideal for pre or post-workout, or focusing on specific muscles that need attention.
