As many of you know by now, many of you guessed, and many of you thought I had quite the ample holiday weight! 🤣👍🏼
I will be expecting a little one early Spring! 🌼 ✨
It’s quite something when working with so many of you and yours on your own journeys, that finally Stew, Dewi and I are welcoming another bub.
And what comes with owning my own business and growing a human is serious baby brain. So please keep reminding me to hydrate, take payment 🤣 and actually book your next appointment, not just write it on a card 🤭😂
I’m still not taking on new clients, that’s me done now, I’m booked up till Christmas when I’ll be heading off to nest and sleep.
Thank you all for your lushness and understanding over the past few weeks, we are VERY excited for this next chapter. Xx

First Day! aka “Bring Your Baby To Work Day”!

So, after being out of the game for 16 months while I took time out to prep, birth and s/mother this little legend, I am finally back to the adjusting table! And on Monday, Dewi came to work with me and he was a little diamond! Clients loved him, he loved seeing so many new faces and I have been asked if he will be there during every shift as you all want to meet him and have a cwtch! :)

I have been fortunate to have secured two premises from which to serve Pembrokeshire. One location being Pembroke (Pembroke Chiropractic Clinic) and the other Fishguard (Fishguard Chiropractors, Wintern House).
