Another qualification done!🩶

I am pleased to say I have completed a higher level certification in sports massage, allowing me to expand my knowledge further and help more people! This qualification allows me to work on injured tissues and common conditions to help with management and healing. Some conditions for example include: tennis elbow, frozen shoulder, shin splints, muscle or ligament sprains, sciatica, tendinopathies and many more.
