We are absolutely thrilled with the support that you have showed again this year. Thank you so much. Whether it be from booking an appointment, recommending us or even sharing our socials page, it’s really appreciated.

Unfortunately we are now fully booked, however, emergency bookings can be made but will incur a charge.

Books will open around the 27th for appointments in the new, ready for when you start your New Year regimes. Thanks again, Merry Christmas 🎅

We are re-branding. We feel the current brand does not quite represent all the services that we provide.
From Sports Massage to Clinical Therapy to Personal Training to Rehabilitation for everyday folk and Elite Athletes.

We also provide cover to over 20+ sports teams annually.

We also performance test patients weekly to assess progress. We have aspirations to grow and provide more services (stay tuned for this collab in the new year)

New Name/Branding coming very soon.

But don’t worry, we’re not moving and the clinic remains as open as ever ☺️
