Numark Travel Sickness Tablets contain promethazine, which many people find helpful for nausea and motion sickness.

What’s worth knowing is that promethazine can make you feel drowsy — sometimes quite noticeably.

That means:
• it’s best avoided if you need to drive or stay alert
• alcohol can increase the drowsy effect
• it may not be suitable for everyone

That’s why we’ll usually ask a couple of quick questions before recommending it — especially if it’s for children, or if you’re taking other medicines.

For some people, a different option (or non-medicine advice) may be more suitable.
