🌟 Feeling Run Down? It's Time to Check In!🌟

I’ve noticed today that I’m feeling more run down than usual. After some reflection, I realised that I’ve been juggling training, family commitments, and work without making any time for self-care. 😓

It’s so easy to get caught up in the busyness of life, but our mental well-being matters just as much as our responsibilities. Here are a few reminders on how to take care of yourself, even when life gets hectic:

1. Pause and Reflect: Take a moment to check in with yourself. Are you feeling overwhelmed? It’s okay to acknowledge that!

2. Set Boundaries: Learn to say no sometimes. It’s okay to prioritise your health over obligations.

3. Schedule Self-Care: Carve out time in your day for activities that recharge you—whether it’s reading, going for a walk, or simply enjoying a quiet moment.

4. Connect with Loved Ones: Share how you’re feeling with friends or family. Sometimes just talking it out can lighten the load.

5. Practice Mindfulness: Try meditation, deep breathing, or yoga to help center yourself amidst the chaos.

Remember, it's not selfish to take care of yourself; it’s essential! 💖

So, my first step towards some self care will be to have a cuppa and some quiet time, which is really needed. How can you fit in some self care?
