A little stroll at Kenfig to feed the crows and stretch our legs this afternoon and I bumped into a lady who said this was her yearly visit to the reserve as she spent her childhood here and now lives up the North of England, I mentioned I was down Gower last week reliving some of mine and the memories we have at these places, ‘I told her she was a lovely teacher’ how do you know she replied, lucky guess I said 😉 and I wished a lovely walk as we said good bye. Some people’s energy just walk right in front of them and it’s pleasure to see and feel … let’s go home now 🙏

Ok, I’ve done my research and it’s true I have a few what I think are definitely qualities of a sociopath, a bit of self analysis and we all have a few traits I’m sure 😂 who wants to be Mother Teresa anyway (and she was evil to the core). Me, I’m not a nice person I’m a good person, nice people get walked on and good people always do the right thing but won’t suffer fools, so which one are you? My advice, be a good person and good comes back but don’t get caught twice by disloyalty or users and you’ll be absolutely rocking it .. Happy BH everyone! Be strong, be fabulous and be happy
