This is Anwen during a recent session with me. She was very relaxed.This acupuncture point is known as Yin Tang and I use it a lot!
Some of the clinical indications for this point are:-

ā€¢ Anxiety, stress, and irritability
ā€¢ Insomnia or restless sleep
ā€¢ Headache (especially frontal)
ā€¢ Sinusitis, nasal congestion, rhinitis
ā€¢ Dizziness, vertigo
ā€¢ Eye disorders
ā€¢ Hypertension (calming)

Interestingly Yintang is associated with the Third Eye Chakra in yogic philosophy representing intuition, insight, and inner calm.ā˜Æļø

Just a pic of me in my room today šŸ˜ I wanted to share my Buddha, a gift from one of my patients Liza Osborne I absolutely love it and rub his head every day when I walk in .
He is a laughing Buddha and represents joy, happiness & wellbeing in life. Placed him facing the door to welcome happiness & positive energy!

You need to rub his belly for luck, happiness and health and his head for wisdom and enlightenment. Feel free to do this when you arrive in my clinic šŸ˜

All my patients know this šŸ¤£ Iā€™m always saying to warm up your gut! Warm nourishing foods and soups, hot teas , warm lemon water, avoid iced drinks, very cold water constantly, ice creams, too many raw foods. Your belly will thank you for it šŸ„°

Treating lack of taste & smell (post Covid) in my clinic today. Extra tiny, extra fine face pins are used to avoid any discomfort or bruising. Some distal pins in arms and legs as well. Only the second session but some progress is made šŸ˜Š
