URGENT MESSAGE FROM GREATER GLASGOW & CLYDE PRIMARY CARE DUE TO SIGNIFICANT PRESSURES ON OUR HEALTHCARE SYSTEM CAUSED BY AN EARLY ONSET OF 'FLU THIS YEAR:

Please follow advice below:

If you have mild or moderate flu symptoms, stay at home to avoid spreading the virus, especially in GP practices, hospitals, and other healthcare settings.
If you need medical advice, contact your local pharmacy or call NHS 24 on 111 for urgent concerns.

Can we also ask that you please wear a face covering, if you can, if visiting the Practice with 'flu-like symptoms?

To reduce the spread:
Wash hands often
Cover coughs/sneezes with a tissue or your elbow
Consider wearing a face mask

PHONE ISSUES - there is a UK-wide phone line problem at the moment affecting some mobile networks and landlines. We are currently experiencing problems phoning out from the surgery. It has been reported and treated as a priority. We hope these issues do not cause too much inconvenience and we also hope they will be resolved soon.
