Appetite for Wellbeing is known for its range of classes, treatments, and courses, but why do our clients choose us and come back time and time again? From what we can tell, it's because we do things a bit differently…

🤗 We provide after care to anyone who walks through the door. At Appetite for Wellbeing, you're not just coming to a class; everything can be tailored to you and what you need from the class. If you miss a class with us as well, your tutor will contact you to offer any advice and support you may need.

🩺 Every session starts with a personal 'check-up' on your health. Has anything changed since the last session? Is there anything new that you'd like advice on? This gives you the opportunity to air any concerns, and also gives us the chance to adapt the treatment to best suit you and your needs.

❤️ We care about YOU! You're not a nameless face in a group class; we care about every person who walks through our doors, and want to know you as an individual. That's not going to change anytime soon!

Great to work with a new client yesterday with LONG COVID getting a plan in place to manage Fatigue and Brain Fog and move towards recovery.

Do you have an INVISIBLE ILLNESS?? Chronic Fatugue, M.E, Fibromyalgia, Long Covid, Parkinson’s…

We offer Health Therapy as a space for you to be your truly authentic self without the need for putting on a mask and just saying you’re ok when asked.
We will explore various strategies both practically, such as fatigue management, and emotionally. At the end of the session you will have guidance to take away and put into practice, which will help make your condition more manageable.

We also encourage partners or loved ones to attend sessions to help them gain an insight into to what their loved ones is dealing with. I am able to offer strategies and support to both.

Get in touch for support. We offer a Free 15min initial telephone consultation to ensure this is the service for you.
Other services such as general Counselling at £45, or Exercise Rehab are available

We current offering Health Therapy sessions are £60hr (reduced price for our Exercise Members)
Frequency of sessions can be planned around your budget.
We generally recommend once a month but are happy for that to be shorter or longer.

P.s I also have Long Covid so not only do I teach this professionally… I now understand it personally!
