This morning I woke up feeling sluggish and tired… and with a full day ahead, I almost skipped the gym altogether.

But one spin class later, everything shifted — clearer mind, lighter mood, more energy. It reminded me how powerful movement is, especially when we’re sometimes dragging ourselves through dark mornings and long days

And that’s exactly why I teach and practice yoga.

�Because sometimes all we need is to move, breathe, and reconnect with ourselves — and a class gives you the structure, support and accountability to actually show up.

Join me tonight Thursday 6.30-7.30pm at the yoga shack or zoom for a Wheely good class (sorry...) where we focus on opening the shoulders, back and hip mobility and core connection to maybe have a go at full wheel or urdva dhanurasana or the build up poses

If you're joining from home, grab a couple of blocks (Or thick sturdy books).

Handstand to throne .. this was scary to start with so after several attempts at the build up poses..

and working with a spotter initially for safety it happened!
