🎃 Halloween Bingo at Netley Court 👻

Today, Netley Court was delighted to welcome members of our local community for a festive game of Halloween Bingo. Residents and guests alike enjoyed a wonderful afternoon filled with laughter, prizes, and great company.

We were also joined by Guy and the much-loved therapy dogs, Peggy and Teddy, whose visit brought plenty of smiles and joy to everyone. 🐾

A heartfelt thank you to all who came along and helped make the event so special.

🎃 Half Term Fun at Netley Court! 👻

We’re having such a fantastic time during our half-term community events! Earlier in the week, our pumpkin carving session was brilliantly attended — so many creative designs and happy faces! 🎨🕯️

Today’s Halloween-themed treasure hunt was another huge success, with lots of excited children, amazing costumes, and big smiles all round. 🧙‍♀️🧛‍♂️🕷️

A big thank you to everyone who’s joined us so far — it’s been wonderful to see our community come together for some spooky fun! 🧡

We’ve still got more events planned for the rest of the week, with limited spaces remaining, so if you haven’t joined in yet, there’s still time!

🎉 Oktoberfest Arts & Crafts Fun! 🎨🍺

Today we celebrated Oktoberfest with some creative arts and crafts! 🇩🇪✨ Residents got hands-on designing traditional Bavarian decorations, colourful steins, and festive garlands — all while learning about the cheerful history behind this world-famous festival.

Oktoberfest began over 200 years ago, in 1810, when the citizens of Munich, Germany, held a grand celebration for the royal wedding of Crown Prince Ludwig and Princess Therese. The festivities were such a success that it became an annual tradition — evolving into the lively event we know today, filled with music, dancing, traditional dress, and community spirit. 🎶🥨🍻

It’s not just about beer — it’s about coming together, sharing laughter, and celebrating culture. And that’s exactly what we did today! ❤️
