We have several fitness classes a week that are suitable for everyone (we can make any adaptations we need to). The class sizes are small so you get individual attention. They are also fun.
Your instructor isn’t a young, skinny gym bunny but is a 50 year old, plus sized very experienced, qualified, insured person who really cares about your results, your technique and that you enjoy it and have fun.
The alternative to classes is a one to one personal training session. Here you get to discuss your goals, target areas, likes/dislikes and have sessions designed around you.
