One thing I am big on as a person is taking accountability & addressing your actions.

Its ok to mess up sometimes, we are humans & can't always be perfect. We sometimes let emotion cloud our judgement. We allow ourselves to be triggered by things that we put to the back of our subconcious in order to survive.

Speaking with integrity can often be a pinicle point for people to automatically assume you are "difficult", "impulsive", "hard work" but you are being true to yourself & in order to grow as a person you must reflect on your feelings. ✨️🤍
