Dear Saturday yogis,
Our next class will be the last of this year and will be at St Mary's church, Barton upon Humber, on:

Any queries or concerns, please do get in touch.
Please bring your own mats, blocks, belts and blankets if you have them. I do always bring spares if in need.
We will visit some nourishing yogic breathing exercises, followed by warming stretches, some strengthening flow (making adjustments for all), and a final 10 minutes or so of yoga nidra followed by a final deep relaxation.
I'm really looking forward to being with you all through this yoga practice time for you.
We'll be heading over to the Stables café after the class for a seasonal cuppa for those able to make it!. I look forward to seeing you then. 🦌🎄☕
Just a reminder that the cost of each class is *now £7* , as of last Saturday's class, and going forward.
It was very lovely to see those able to make it to last Saturday's class, which we followed with a cuppa at the super, new, Stables café at Baysgarth park.
