As we close 2025, one thing is clear — this year brought more than we ever hoped for. It truly has been our year.
At CAS Care Solutions, people are always at the heart of what we do, and 2025 reflected that more than ever. We celebrated new babies, maternity journeys, and growing families within our team — something we are incredibly proud of as a business built to support both careers and family life.
Our office team grew with the addition of new Care Managers, a Clinical Lead, a Coordinator and an Administrator, while our field team flourished through continued recruitment, strong friend referrals, recruitment fairs, and even a viral TikTok moment. Without our carers, there is no CAS — and we are endlessly grateful for them.
This year also marked 5 years of CAS Care Solutions, which we celebrated with friends and family — a moment to reflect on how far we’ve come.
From a service and growth perspective, we were proud to gain CQC approval to deliver TDDI care, achieved CPD registration, and strengthened our training arm significantly. Internally, our team continued to grow with multiple staff working towards NVQ Levels 3 and 5, and others training to become future trainers.
We were also honoured to be finalists in four awards connected to our training work — recognition that means a great deal to us.
As we look to 2026, we do so with gratitude, confidence and ambition.
