About Me:-
After struggling for years with severe anxiety related issues, I was determined to find something to help. The was when I discovered Reiki and Mindfulness. Together they have helped me to overcome and manage my stress and anxiety issues and so lead me to learn how to use these techniques to help others. I have always been a problem solver at heart and I have turned that focus towards healing and wellbeing for Mind, Body and Spirit.

So many lovely places to sit, meditate and enjoy the sunshine on route ☀️also thanks to Needles Eye Cafe and the Milford kiosk for some snacks and bites to eat. Now time to relax…
