On Wednesday we had the fantastic Shelly Lozano join us for a fascinating talk on the art of Belly Dance. 💃

Shelly shared the history, culture and beautiful movements behind this expressive style of dance, and it was wonderful to learn how it has been celebrated around the world for centuries. Residents loved hearing the stories, seeing the movements, and discovering how dance can bring joy, confidence and creativity at any age.

A big thank you to Shelly for such an engaging and inspiring session , we loved every moment! ✨

This morning at Baking Club we rolled up our sleeves, got a little bit sticky and had a LOT of fun! 👩‍🍳👨‍🍳 But let’s be honest… the very best part? 😋
Sitting down together afterwards and enjoying those homemade Rice Krispie cakes!

On Wednesday we enjoyed beautiful sunshine !There’s something truly special about stepping outside and soaking up the fresh air. Whether it’s a gentle stroll, sitting in the sunshine, or simply enjoying the sounds of nature, being outdoors does wonders for the mind, body and soul. 🌿☀️
