📢 Important Update on NMC Prescribing Guidelines – What It Means for You 📢

From 1st June, the NMC is reinforcing its guidelines around face-to-face consultations with a qualified prescriber before any prescription-only treatments are given.

✅ At Forest Medical Aesthetics, nothing is changing.

Sally is an ANP with nurse prescriber qualification. This means you’ll always be assessed and treated safely, legally, and professionally – by the same experienced clinician you know and trust. No need to see a separate prescriber!

⚠️ A word of caution: If you’re attending a clinic and you haven’t seen a prescriber face to face, there’s a high chance their insurance is invalid. This puts your safety at risk.

Your care, safety, and confidence are our top priorities. 💉✨

It’s been two years since my initial aesthetics training with 🫶💉- that’s flown by!

A little shout out to all the lovely people who trust me with your beautiful faces ♥️

I remain full time in my nursing job, this won’t change any time soon- being an IBD nurse specialist is something I love and after 12 years nursing, despite the challenges, I still enjoy it more each year.

Aesthetics is obviously totally different, but rewarding in other ways and I’m so happy I chose to start up my weekly clinic with 🫶

Life has been quite hectic recently and social media is not my strong point- I’d like to say I’m working on it but realistically I’m not! 🤣
