✨✨Dr Oliver Bird is leaving the beautiful New Forest Area as he will be joining his partner to start a new life in the Midlands. We are wishing them happiness and all the very best!
We are delighted to introduce Dr Bana Yared, MChiro, who will be taking over Oliver’s practice and continue to deliver excellent care to our Community and Clinic Members alongside Dr Harriet Gillard.
Bana began her journey into healthcare by exploring Global Health and Social Medicine in vibrant London gaining a BSc before pursuing her passion for Chiropractic with a Master’s Degree in Chiropractic at the Health Sciences University, in Bournemouth.
Drawing on her experience with a diverse range of patients, Bana is dedicated to helping people move freely, ease pain, and—most importantly—reclaim the activities they love. Her own zest for the outdoors means she truly understands the value of staying active and pain-free.
Outside the clinic, she is a keen CrossFitter and runner, and she spent three months solo travelling across Central and South America, hiking volcanoes and embracing the outdoors, experiences that continue to shape a practical, movement-focused approach to care.

I arrived hardly able to walk, nothing was comfortable - sitting, standing even laying down. Although it’s been a long process Harriett has been amazing & worked her magic & slowly I got my life back. Being able to do the most basic tasks from putting on my own socks to the family shop is again possible - strange how I’d missed food shopping!
The care & attention from the staff, not only Harriett has been amazing & i’m truly grateful.

After the initial consult and X-rays, Harriet was able to diagnose the problem and set me on a course of treatment.
