We are incredibly proud to celebrate Lynn, our amazing Deputy Manager, as this month’s Carer of the Month!

Since Christmas, Lynn has gone above and beyond—working nearly every weekend out in the field supporting our clients, as well as keeping everything running smoothly in the office. Her dedication to both our team and the people we support truly shines through in everything she does.

She has also shown real compassion and commitment by stepping up and supporting our manager during a time of illness, showing just how much she cares about everyone around her.

Lynn’s hard work, leadership, and kindness never go unnoticed. She is a huge asset to our team, and we are so grateful for everything she does.

Some days the weather really tests us 🌧️💨

Rain pouring, wind howling, roads flooded… but care doesn’t stop. Our incredible team is still out there supporting those who need us most — and yes, we even have a carer out on a bike today 🚲💙

Through the cold, the rain, and the “rubbish” weather, dedication shines brighter than any sunshine. We’re so proud of our carers who go above and beyond every single day, no matter the forecast.

Our team is enjoying the change, and we hope everyone we support is able to soak up a little sunshine too — whether that’s a short walk, sitting by the window, or just enjoying the brighter view. 💛

You also dealt with a very difficult and distressing situation which you handled very well. We are proud to have you as a member of our wonderful Serendip family. We’re settling into January now, with the new year well underway 💙 While the days are still cold, they’re slowly getting lighter, and routines are starting to fall into place.
