Today, October 15th, we’re reminding everyone that you can’t hurt someone in cardiac arrest by performing CPR — but you can save their life. 💪

Your quick actions can give someone the best chance to survive and return home to their loved ones. ❤️

Don’t hesitate — call 999, start CPR, and use an AED if one’s available.

Our Deputy Manager Jumped Out of a Plane for Dementia! 🪂💙

Yes, you read that right — Lynn Parrish actually jumped out of a perfectly good airplane! (Apparently, keeping both feet on the ground was just too ordinary 😅).
