After all that rain, it’s so lovely to see some sunshine at last. A bright day like today can lift spirits, bring smiles, and make even the simplest moments feel special.

Our team is enjoying the change, and we hope everyone we support is able to soak up a little sunshine too — whether that’s a short walk, sitting by the window, or just enjoying the brighter view. 💛

You also dealt with a very difficult and distressing situation which you handled very well. We are proud to have you as a member of our wonderful Serendip family. We’re settling into January now, with the new year well underway 💙 While the days are still cold, they’re slowly getting lighter, and routines are starting to fall into place.

Our team continues to be out and about every day, providing compassionate, reliable care and support to those who need it most 🤍 Thank you to our wonderful carers for all that you do, and to our clients and families for your continued trust.

🌟 Carer of the Month – Holly 🌟

We’re delighted to celebrate Holly as our Carer of the Month! Although she hasn’t been with us for very long, Holly has already made a huge impact on the team.

She’s stepped up to cover care calls so staff members could attend the Christmas party 🎄, and she’s always willing to help out when there’s sickness, wherever she can. Her flexibility, reliability, and positive attitude truly reflect our values and make a real difference to both colleagues and the people we support.
