She originally came to yoga because of her scoliosis, and what started as working on her posture turned into something that completely changed how she feels in her body—moving with strength and flexibility. Now she’s excited to share that with you 🤍
This workshop focuses on the foundations of yoga—helping you feel more confident in your practice.
We will flow through 3 different foundations of Yoga:
🪬Pranayama (breath)
🪬Asanas (poses)
🪬Savasana/Yoga Nidra (Rest/Yogic sleep)
