Struggling to unwind at night? Our sauna sessions combine the power of infrared heat and red light helping your body and mind shift into rest mode naturally 😴💤

🔬 The science-backed benefits:
🌡️ Infrared Therapy - promotes deep relaxation by lowering cortisol (your stress hormone) and easing muscle tension.

Moriah has always been passionate about movement, growing up exploring a variety of sports, with gymnastics as her main focus. She fell in love with Pilates as a way to strengthen her body and improve posture and quickly became fascinated by the power and potential of the human body. She thrives on helping people move with confidence, build strength that supports everyday life, and connect more deeply with their bodies through fun, purposeful movement. Join Moriah in class Saturdays bi-weekly at 830am and 945am and for our new Friday classes due to high demand at 630am and 725am starting 7th November!!! So excited to welcome Moriah to the studio 💛
