Meet Harriet ~ 🌿

With ten years personal practice, Harriet now brings her love for Power Yoga and Slow Flow to WellnessatEight, bringing a balance of strength and intention to every class. She’s drawn to the way yoga builds resilience — not just in the body, but in the mind.
Her classes thoughtfully combine music, breath, and fluid movement to create an immersive, energising atmosphere. Expect strong, steady flows paired with moments of deep release, relaxation, and restorative touch.
Outside the studio, she’s raising two young children and spending as much time as possible in nature — as well as always being on the hunt for the best coffee spots in Dorset!

Reintroducing Rebecca 🌿

We’re so excited to spotlight Rebecca — our Reformer Pilates Instructor and holistic healing practitioner whose work beautifully blends strength, alignment and sound.

Rebecca trained with Polestar Pilates in London, a method that deeply resonated with her background in dance and natural connection to movement. She is trained in Mat, Reformer and WundaChair Pilates, with a focus on building a strong core, creating optimal alignment, and strengthening and lengthening the body — all while supporting a balanced, healthy mindset for everyday living.
She has also completed her 200hr Teacher Training with Yoga Alliance, studying Hatha, Classical and Ta**ra Yoga, alongside Ayurveda and Yoga Philosophy.

As a Reiki Master Teacher, Rebecca brings a deeply intuitive and energetic awareness into everything she offers.

Rebecca also weaves sound healing into her work — blending crystal and Tibetan bowls with her powerful Ibizan shamanic drum to create an immersive, grounding experience. Her sound journeys are designed to regulate the nervous system, release stored tension and help you drop deeply into your body for an authentic, embodied healing experience.

We’re shining the light on the incredible Cara ✨

Cara is a Chiropractor, Mat & Reformer Pilates Instructor, Personal Trainer and Sports Massage Therapist — and her love for movement runs deep. After years of sport and weight training, she realised her body needed something more balanced and sustainable… and that’s when she fell in love with Pilates 🤍

Pilates has helped her build strength, improve mobility and develop a powerful mind–body connection — something she now brings into every class she teaches. With her clinical background, she blends rehabilitative knowledge with mindful movement to help you move better, feel stronger and build lasting confidence.

Her approach is supportive, intentional and grounded in long-term wellbeing — and we’re so proud to have her as part of the Wellness@Eight community🤍
